This enables us to meet the unique needs of learners through offerings such as supervision (including clinical reflective supervision), consultancy, advice, and a comprehensive suite of additional support.

Group training sessions 

Our group training sessions, designed to meet the specific needs of learners (up to 60 participants), are delivered by trainers with lived experience of neurodiversity. This brings a unique depth of understanding and empathy, alongside our proactive and vibrant approach to learning. We cater to individual learning styles and needs through engaging discussions, group work, and debates. All our training is CPD accredited.

Individual learners

For individual learners, we offer a supportive, inclusive environment that recognises and celebrates neurodiversity. Our CPD accredited training, delivered by experts with lived experience, provides practical strategies to enhance skills and build confidence. Interactive, engaging full-day workshops include presentations, group discussions, practical exercises, and Q&A.

Advanced Service

Drawing on our leading expertise in neurodiversity and inclusion, we bring a unique depth of understanding to our advanced services. This enables us to offer clinical supervision and reflective practice support tailored specifically for professionals working with neurodivergent individuals. We also provide organisations and employers with specialist advice, drawing on a broad knowledge base that spans the full spectrum of neurodiversity. This specialised knowledge, combined with practical experience, ensures our services are both comprehensive and uniquely effective.
