Personal stories and interactive discussion with neurodivergent trainers.

Learn how to create environments physical, social, and organisational that enable neurodivergent individuals to thrive. Cover inclusive communication, universal design, and reasonable adjustments at work/education.

Face-to-face element:
Practical exercises in identifying barriers and co-producing adaptations.

Develop tailored strategies for supporting neurodivergent people in varied settings. Includes working with strengths, recognising challenges, sensory needs, and supporting self-advocacy.

Scenario-based workshops and problem-solving exercises.

In-depth focus on autism and ADHD from lived, clinical, and societal perspectives. Covers strengths, misconceptions, co-occurrence, and strategies for effective support and inclusion.

Interactive sessions with sector specialists, including case studies and role play.

Explore how leaders, managers, and colleagues can drive and sustain a neuro-inclusive culture. Topics include anti-stigma work, policy, advocacy, and supporting neurodivergent staff in career progression.

Action planning, group reflection, and implementation workshops.
