Founded upon a bedrock of lived experience and extensive professional expertise within the NHS, our organisation is led by a team of highly qualified directors: Kamila Hering, Diana Adu, and Paul Isaacson, all of whom, along with our Media Manager, DJ Kaspa, are proud representatives of ethnic minorities and the LGBTQIA+ community.
We leverage our unique perspective to deliver bespoke training and support to both individuals and organisations, bridging the critical gap in access to timely assessments and comprehensive support for neurodivergent individuals. As a social enterprise, we are committed to empowering neurodiversity and cultivating environments where every individual can thrive.
