Who we are

Inclusive and Exceptional CIC is dedicated to creating an equitable society for neurodivergent individuals. Led by Kamila Hering, Diana Adu, Paul Isaacson, and Media Manager DJ Kaspa, all proud members of ethnic minority and LGBTQIA+ communities, we combine lived experience and NHS expertise to deliver impactful, bespoke training and support.

As a social enterprise, we empower neurodiversity and strive to bridge gaps in assessment and support, helping individuals and organisations create environments where everyone can thrive.

Meet the Team:
Kamila Hering – Registered nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and neurodivergent carer, blending expertise with lived experience.
Diana Adu – Occupational therapist with two decades’ NHS experience and authentic insight as a neurodivergent advocate.
DJ Kaspa – International DJ and creative force, inspiring, engaging learning through lived neurodivergent experience.

We put inclusion, authenticity, and diversity at the heart of everything we do.
