Inclusive and Exceptional CIC is dedicated to dismantling barriers and creating an equitable society for neurodivergent individuals. Led by a team of specialist clinicians all proud members of ethnic minority and LGBTQIA+ communities we combine deep NHS expertise with authentic lived experience.
As a social enterprise, we deliver impactful, bespoke training and strategic oversight, bridging the gaps in assessment and support to ensure every environment is one where neurodivergent people can truly thrive.
Meet the Clinical Leadership
Kamila Hering – Director & Clinical Specialist
Registered Nurse & Clinical Lead Kamila is a Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Specialist who brings a powerful blend of professional governance and lived experience as a neurodivergent carer.
With a focus on clinical excellence, she specialises in translating complex healthcare standards into compassionate, neuroaffirming practices that prioritise both safety and inclusion.
Sabrina Ghany – Strategic Health & Safety Partner IOSH Registered Risk Expert & MSc in Occupational Therapy
Sabrina is a specialist in clinical risk management and health and safety. With her background in Occupational Therapy, she designs robust, safe environments that balance regulatory compliance with the functional needs of individuals.
Diana Adu – Occupational Therapy Lead
Registered Occupational Therapist With over two decades of NHS experience, Diana provides authentic insight as a neurodivergent advocate and highly skilled clinician. Her expertise ensures that our strategies are practical, evidence based, and focused on functional equity for all individuals.
DJ Kaspa – Creative Media Manager
International Artist & Neurodivergent Advocate
As our Media Manager, DJ Kaspa uses his international creative platform to inspire and engage. He ensures our training and digital presence remain accessible, authentic, and rooted in the real world experiences of the neurodivergent community.
